Orion is awesome. The technician came to my house right the way and worked very efficiently. Only charged me a service fee. In a hot day like today, can't thank enough for good service and value to bring cool air back in the house!

We've called Orion twice now (at 2 different places ) after our AC went out. Both times they came out on the same day and fixed the issue. Yuri is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain what the issues are. I will definitely call them again next time our AC needs service.

My heater wasn’t working and I reached out to Orion HVAC. Yury responded that day to confirm an appointment for the following day. He discovered that a part was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced, ordered the part and one of his technicians came by the next day to install it.
